Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship locally in Hong Kong. For international customers, please check your local store or on other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Ebay, etc). Please subscribe to our emails to keep up to date with the latest information!

Is there free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders above HK$200 in Hong Kong. For order below HK$200, a shipping fee of HK$30 from SF Express
is required.

After order confirmation, can I add additional orders up to HK$200 for free shipping?

Unfortunately, if additional orders are made (even on the same day), it will be treated and shipped separately. Hence, related postages and handling fees will be charged separately as well. Please kindly double check your order before confirming.

How long will it take for my order to arrive for local deliveries?

Local deliveries in Hong Kong typically arrive within 7 days. For more information, please refer to your order's tracking number.

Returns

What is your return & exchange policy for local deliveries?

1. If the product(s) is damaged upon arrival, customers can return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your purchase (counting from the first day of confirmed receipt) under the condition that the protective wrap around the product(s) is still intact. So please examine your product(s) before opening.

2. Returns are not allowed for product(s) which have been opened, altered, or tampered.

3. Browsing and using this website and/or purchasing goods through this website means that you accept our "service" and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. We reserve the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.

How do I return my order?

1. Please send us below information via email to support@postercars.com:

  • Order Number
  • Question Details
  • Product Name(s)
  • Photo/Video (if the product is damaged, please take a photo or video together with the packing box and waybill)

2. If we determine the product is eligible for return, please follow the instruction from our support and send back the product(s) in the state as shown in your photo(s). Once we receive the product, we will examine the product(s) with your provided photo(s) and check if it meets the requirements of returns and refunds. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
